I don't even know where to start! God is sooooo unbelievably, incredibly amazing!!! India is a country that has been on my  heart for quite some time now partially due to the high amounts of human trafficking that goes on there and how they view women. So anyways I want to eventually do mission work (counseling) overseas to girls who have been trafficked and I am thinking I will end up living in India or somewhere similar. Never really new how it would happen or how I would get there or anything. Wellllllllll......Janel meets this awesome girl and she happens to be going to India this summer and has been before. I met and hung out with her and she was so sweet I just thought it was cool we had something in common.. Well turned out there were still available spots on the trip for leaders and who did she think of! ME! I never thought the day would come when I would actually get to experience India firsthand and I am beyond excited. I cant believe it is really happening. We will be there from June 20-29 and serving at an orphanage. We'll be putting on an american rock conert at a college over there and just being a light in a very dark place. One day we will be visiting a leper colony which will be totally amazing! It is going to be completely life changing and just absolutely amazing! God knows the desires of your heart and will baffle you by how he answers prayer and shows you favor. I went to the Y today and picked up a verse in a little bucket and it was James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. ...Such a confirmation and a lifestyle I desire to live. But I could definitely use lots of prayers! I have to raise $2200 by June! But its Gods will for me to be on this trip so I know He will provide! (still pray though please :) )
